During the day, he attends a vocational high school within Ota Ward, an area known for its family-run businesses and factories. He spends his days holed up in one of the high school's practice workshops, honing his muscles along with his Sacred Artifact techniques, as his guild views physical strength to be the basis of all skill. After losing his right arm in an unprecedented disaster involving a Gate, he replaced the limb with a prosthetic within which is housed his Sacred Artifact."
Guildmaster of the Kamata Crafters in Ota Ward. It's known as a unique guild among all of Tokyo for having gathered craftsmen and artisans from every other world with confidence in their skills. His core business is in the same area where all the small factories and workshops are concentrated in the Ota Ward, where he is a student in a technical high school. He borrowed a section of a workshop where he shuts himself in the training factory linked to his school, spending his days immersed in studying sacred treasures and muscle training. The guild motto is "art starts from muscles." When he was young he lost his right arm in an unprecedented big accident with the Gate. To make up for this he was given a prosthetic arm, and his sacred treasure rests within its skillful artifice.

It was created from a prosthetic arm from another world, that had somehow lost both its shine and the Rule housed within. The ones to breathe life back into his steel Arm were those he loves like family: the members of the Kamata Guild. Thus, his Arm shines as the manifestation of the combined skills of the 23 worlds, reflecting the story of the inhabitants of this world come together as one. He is treated as the baby of his guild, and so tries to act mature in front of those younger than him... and you."
An invisible arm should be able to grasp invisible things. This sacred treasure can grasp things without form, concentrate them, and give it any shape he chooses. His sacred treasure is based on an artificial arm created within a certain other world. However its power was lost for a certain reason alongside a silver radiance. What brought life back into that dulled strong arm was the Kamata guild members he loved as family. And now what lies within is the manifestation of techniques from the 23 other worlds, "the compilation of legends of this world's humanity." He's treated as the baby of his guild, so he tries to behave as a senior to the protagonist and anyone younger than him.
