"A member of the Kamata Crafters and an expert in bionic engineering, Tvastar is a bit of a mad scientist, and modifying people in order to give them whatever it is he feels they may be lacking is one of his obsessions. Tvastar is never seen without Vritra, his vaguely serpentine companion, whom he dotes upon like (and even refers to as) his son. A bit of a wanderer by nature, Tvastar can rarely be found at his guild's headquarters, preferring to spend most of his time traveling around Tokyo. During these travels, he frequently sends back souvenirs, often of a dubious nature, from the many exotic places he visits. His history and experience have also gotten him involved in manufacturing energy drinks here in Tokyo, with expectedly chaotic results."

Member of the artisanal group the Kamata Crafters who specializes in bioengineering. He has a bit of a tendency to be a maniacal modder like a mad scientist. He approves of remodeling and adding things to people to compensate for things they lack. Tvastar acts together with a mysterious being known as Vritra-kun that he dotes upon like his son. He has a tendency to wander off and isn't in the guild much, and he travels around Tokyo every day. Sometimes he sends the Crafters suspicious souvenirs. He is deeply involved with the production of the stamina drinks in Tokyo based on the history of his home world.

"His companion creature, Vritra, is no mere serpent, but a living workshop created by Tvastar to produce the building blocks of life itself. As an academic specializing in bionics, Tvastar has a profound interest in those who have already received physical modifications, although the feeling isn't exactly mutual because his initial reaction upon first meeting them is to strongly push for further enhancements regardless of their wishes. Apparently, he's currently trying to get Amatsumara to agree to a pair of wings as a remedy for his bad back—and some horns while he's at it because they'd just look cool. Tvastar's most recent area of interest is the efficient collection of energy produced by organic lifeforms, which he's been researching quite thoroughly. He has strong feelings toward the concept of fully recreating people who have passed, and tends to sympathize with anyone who's suffered the loss of a loved one."
Translated from Japanese
Vritra-kun is a creature he once created in the past. What it actually is is a living workshop that creates organic parts. As a bioengineer, Tvastar has an acquired interest in people who have been modified. He disregards hints while pushing on with adding functions, so those people often feel awkward about him. Since Amatsumara has a bad back, is he planning on adding wings to him? Sometimes he seems to think "wouldn't it look nice if horns were added to my head?" His current research studies are focused on efficiently collecting the energy given off of living beings. He has strong opinions on the idea of reborn as the same person. He also shows a certain amount of sympathy for people who have lost their families and such.
Tvastar is based on the deity in Vedic religion of the same name. He is an artisan god, fashioner, and a solar deity; one of the more famous items he created was the Vajra that Indra weilded, which gave him the titles of "The Heavenly Builder" and "The Maker of Divine Implements".
Another aspect of Tvastar was that he was the one to create the bodies of men and animals, and was usually the one invoked praying for offspring, and as such also gave him the title of "garbha-pati" or the "Lord of the Womb".
The dragon Tvastar accompanies with him is named Vritra (name in Sanskrit meaning "enveloper"), which is based on the creature of the same name. Tvastar is depicted to have fathered Vritra who embodies drought and adversary of Indra, who he was eventually slain by.

Top tier thickness + character. I’m a crafters guild enjoyer, so hoping he gets a powerful variant soon. Make me energy drinks and lets practise body modifications on enemies in app battles together.
With that recent blossom quest, Tvastar has now been completely juiced. Eventually his skill and level seeds will be maxed, but he (like his crafters motto) is still a work in progress. Absolutely thicc.
Since Tvastar has a new uniform I think we should rebring up the discourse of his artist drawing shota since that is a timeless tradition like with Oguchi :)
tf yall bitches having discourse in here for nah fuck that shit
Tvastra probably gets fucking high and has committed several federal crimes. He has committed identity fraud and ruined several people's lives due to their actions in supporting and causing actions that hurt those that aren't part of the 1%. He will not hesitate to reveal their crimes. Also he throws dog shit at Kijimuna for existing.
Hate to be the bearer of bad news but what makes you think this guy isn't a minor? Claude has thicker facial hair than him and is still in high schcool. Bathym is a demon but says that he technically counts as a minor.
I find it funny how people are getting mad at Housamo for doing the exact same crap mainstream Japanese companies like Nintendo, Sega, Square, and the like have been doing for years now.
It’s only problematic if you’re unable to distinguish fiction from reality, which seems to be an issue for a lot of people these days. What are you, blue check marked on Twitter? I bet you support riots too.
He's cute as fuck and sexy and his chest hair is perfect, but the most remarkable thing about this gorgeous man?
He was drawn by Saruno Yukimaru. The artist that created the ungodly horror that is Teda, and cursed us all by turning Azathoth into a naked little boy. He could have been drawing hot men this whole time!
There's an alternate universe where Azathoth was a beefy bara man and I can't believe we missed out on that. This is some bullshit I tell you, absolute BULLSHIT
Oh he fine! Nice to have some more non-white characters. He seems pretty good as a glint+concentration battery and self-cleansing is nice. The -800 hp thing is a biiiit of a downside though. I really like his design though.
