Maybe because of this, he can often be seen panting and groaning with stomach pain, never learning from his mistakes. He has a passion for farming, and while his plot is small, he finds a great deal of use in it as an experimental farm to grow a variety of strange creations. He is affiliated with the Warmongers, the guild controlling Western Tokyo, where he works as a medic as well as a member of their frontline chemical and biological warfare unit. He cannot help but worry for those who unwittingly hurt themselves, and if their wounds are psychological and thus beyond his ministrations, he worries for them all the more. While he is reluctant to do so, he can even make soldiers who have used all their strength energetic again so they can return to the war front. His second Sacred Artifact is his Aurora, which streams through the heavens like a battle standard. With its Rule, which functions as an omen of wars to come, he can use it for the opposite of its intended purpose to predict the outbreak of war and swiftly respond with first aid. This Sacred Artifact once belonged to a former hero of Penglai, but he inherited it when they were exiled from their world, although some disagree with him over who its true successor should be. His pride in carrying his army's flag strikes a chord with a certain pep squad captain."

シンノウが所有する「神器」は2つ。1つ目が、自分が摂取したことのある薬や毒の抗体を、体内で自在に生産出来る、内臓の「神器」。それを巨大な注射器で打ち込むことで、シンノウは相手の体調を如何様にもコントロールすることが出来る。彼がそれを望むかは別として、力尽き倒れた兵を無理やりに元気にして戦線に戻してしまうことさえ可能である。そして2つ目が、天に靡く軍旗の如きオーロラの「神器」である。これは戦が起こる凶兆を示す「権能」を持ち、彼はそれを逆用することによって戦の発生を察知、迅速な救護活動を可能としている。かつて異世界ホウライから追放された英雄が担っていた、別の誰かの所有物であり、彼はそれを継いだ立場にある。どちらがその正当なる後継者であるかという対立意識から、相性の悪い相手が存在する。軍にて旗持ちを務めていることを誇りに思っており、とある応援団員からの共感を得ているようだ。
