"Within his body, clad in armor as dark as night, coexist two identities. One of them is that of Nodens, a Transient from the World of the Old Ones. The other is Nuadha, a Transient from the world of Tir na Nog. The presence of two identities in one mind makes this singular being less singular, and thus severely unstable, with each identity perpetually vying for dominance over the other. It's for this reason Nodens defaults to a fatigued, faceless form: that of the Nightgaunts, who are known to possess the dreams of others. However, on the rare occasion that both identities within him share a common intention, he once more displays the wise composure he was previously known for. As one who claims the abyss to be his domain, he feels a sense of admiration toward any who can confront it without fear. Some have also noted his affection toward a particular person, seemingly just for being an enemy to his enemy. He feels a strong sense of fear toward those who, like him, conceal their true selves deep within."

Within the man coated in armor as dark as night are two different personalities. One is the Transient Nodens from the world of Old Ones. The other is the Transient Nuada from the world of Tir na Nog. Due to certain reasons the two personalities are coexisting in one body. Due to that his mind is highly unstable as both personalities struggle and vie for control of the body. Due to that, a dark, faceless, too skinny night ogre's personality that haunts dreams appears. But when the two personalities agree on a goal, his original wise manner can be displayed. As the Great Lord of the Abyss, he approves of those who challenge things head on without hesitation. He is also rumored to approve of others under the idea of 'the enemy of my enemy is my friend.' He is always afraid of those who resemble yet don't resemble him.
