In his home world's faith he is believed to live atop a tower as a protection bird who defends the city from calamity. Here in Tokyo he's gained fame as the legendary firefighter who moves faster than anyone in disaster zones. Many hopeful would-be firefighter students look up to him with admiration and respect, but his actual students fear him as a hardass teacher due to his strict, impartial personality. One notably lazy student in particular considers him to be his archenemy. Raven is secretly part of the Game Masters, the guild whose Portal is in Tokyo Babel Tower. Raven's given role is to remove calamities to stabilize the Game.

This is why I love Tokyo Afterschool Summoners so much. They could have gone with a generic boring-ass king with a sword for Arthur so easily but no, they took some unique piece of his lore and based his entire design around that in SUCH a badass way while leaving subtle details like the crown symbol on his forehead. This game is a freaking master's class in character design.
