Transient from the world of Babil, where desiccating hot winds blow. He has the head of a lion, the tail of a scorpion, the wings of a bird, and a body part that will not be specified of a snake. He's a good sporty young man with a pleasant smile, agreeable personality, intelligence, and is the son of an oil baron. With his looks and popularity, he often serves as the Ueno guild's negotiator during official business. Pazuzu is enrolled at Ueno Academy, one of Tokyo's largest Transient biology research bases, and he is also part of the school's biological disaster control team as Hastur's tamer. He's also known as a special police medical examiner or coroner and as a biological researcher in certain fields. Pazuzu's research focus is in dragons and serpents, otherwise known as large reptiles. His having the parts of a reptile is also directly related to his insatiable passion for them. Rumors say that every night people can hear the pitiful screams of the watchdog/lab subject from his research lab, but he looks so pleasant that nobody believes he can be up to anything untoward. Pazuzu possesses a warding charm that can pinpoint counter winds, pestilence, and drought. He loves upright standing lizards, and the bigger, the better.

Pazuzu possesses a warding talisman Sacred Artifact that drives away the wind, pestilence, droughts, and poison. Since this allows him to suppress the beast that would be a danger to him, he's always doing whatever he wants inside his research lab. Everyone around him always calls him a gigantic deviant, but this is so incongruent with his regular day to day activities that it's not something other people can just believe. He's quite well known for doing well in both sports and schoolwork. He was raised as such, was expected to be utterly perfect, and always rose to those expectations with a smile. Perhaps it's that very part of him that made him naturally highly interested in people who are lacking. Such things can include things like damaged corpses at crime scenes or the reality that detached lizard tails that can still move. Pazuzu has a habit of wildly swishing his tail when he's excited. He admires the plebeian lifestyle so he likes the retro style of Ueno's dorms, though he has the discretion to not say so out loud. Still, there was a time when he was still unused to things and would baffle people by presenting them with oil fields as thanks. A certain research lab chief is highly reliant on him for dealing with annoying work and outside expectations.

I like the design, but he really doesn't look much like how he's described in his own research file. No wings from what I can see, the snake dick obviously can't be shown, and the tail's all fur, so at first I just thought that his mane was just super long and braided.
