"A Transient who works part-time at the Macaque's Pond, a bathhouse in Asakusa in the Taito Ward, and attends Umamichi Academy as a high school student. He feels strongly attached to it after being taken in there after he was summoned to Tokyo and feels it to be fate. With a rough-looking face and even rougher speech, he's a roughneck and everyone knows it. On the other hand, he's a really sweet guy on the inside, and his kindness has won him widespread popularity with the bathhouse's regulars. He dislikes how easily his face gets red when he's embarrassed. Once, he nearly drowned after being caught by a clam, so he holds a great deal of respect for those in the profession of saving people from watery woes.
