Official Japanese その名が意味するのは「常若の者」。与えられた「役割」を務め続けるために「彼とその同僚たち」は永遠に、若者であり続けることを強いられる。元は、ひとの霊的進化を導く者、マハトマと呼ばれる存在の一。出身は異世界デーヴァローカと目されているが、別の異世界シャングリラの成り立ちにも深く関わっている。そして、燃える炎のような帯状のエーテル体の「神器」を持つ。彼曰く、その光は他者の魂と直に触れ、そして語り合い、あるいは影響を及ぼすことが出来るものだという。そのエーテルの輝きが本来の「白」ではなく「黒」であることには２つの理由がある。１つ目はこの東京に「影」として転光するための条件によるもの。２つ目が、デーヴァローカの「世界を維持する者」、その黒きアヴァターラとの約束によるものである。
