The self-proclaimed stray dog of the Arakawa guild and a street basketballer Transient. In his home world he was known as a veteran hunting dog alongside his hunter master. He has a howl and running figure like that of thunder and the jumping ability to catch prey in a single bound. Q'ursha is still proud of his old hunting uniform and the scars he and his master picked up in a hunt. He also has chain motif tattoos as a sign that he can't forget his old master. Q'ursha likes taking and uploading selfies and showing off his scars and tattoos, and his hobby is hunting around on dating apps. Contrary to his bad boy looks, his scarred impressions make him highly romantically popular. He seems to be drifting from place to place in Tokyo, couch surfing from one casual partner to the next. Due to past reasons, he lives like he's getting revenge on a single night's consumptive love. He's also still unable to give up on his dream of jumping higher than any mountain. In Tokyo Q'ursha has found one other reason for living: street basketball. His city coat flies even now alongside the faith that the universe is a sphere.

Q'ursha's Sacred Artifact is the innumerable scars that run across his body like lightning, and they have the ability to give him the power to move freely and rocket jump at will. When Q'ursha jumps, it's said they show themselves by shining on his back like wings. He once had a meek and cheerful personality, but his separation from his old master has changed him. His dearly beloved master was imprisoned in chains atop a mountain following the end of a relationship, forever separating Q'ursha from him. Q'ursha blames himself for being too weak to save his master. The regret stays with him to this day, and he repeatedly dallies with partners who are drawn to him on looks alone. As a self-proclaimed stray dog, he has no permanent residence. The Arakawa Wanderers he's affiliated with is a guild of rootless roamers with no place to settle down in. The basketball victory selfies he sends to his guildmates are his regular status reports. Q'ursha is sympathetic to those scars from the past and scars on their lower legs.
Q'ursha originates from Georgian mythology. Based on the profile his old master seems to be Betkil, a mortal hunter who was trapped at the top of a mountain by his goddess lover after he cheated on her.
Zeskneli and Kveskneli are two worlds in Georgian myth, specifically the highest world where gods live and the underworld where demons live.
