"A high school Transient from the other world of Shangri-La, currently studying in Tokyo to be a hotelier while working part-time as a dancer at clubs and night shows, training hard every day in hopes of ultimately achieving success in the Tokyo Dance Tournament. In his home world, he was known for his skill in a sacred dance called Sanghyang, its moves passed down to him through his family of noted spiritual mediums. Also known to be a party animal full of unwavering cheer, without even the slightest hint of negativity in his demeanor, his greatest joy stems from offering everything he can to help others achieve a similar sense of fulfillment to his own. He remains persistently open and unguarded at all times as a result, often causing others to worry for his safety. Many of his guildmates in the Yurakucho Entertainers seem to share his attitude, often stating that as long as the stage they stand upon is the greatest there is, it could be the last stage they'll ever see and they'd have no regrets. They exist to dedicate their art to the god—the celestial emperor—who occupies the seat at the very peak of their hierarchical System. Lastly, Barong in particular feels a great sense of kinship toward a certain strong-willed performer who's filling in for a certain someone else."

東京のホテリエ養成学科で学ぶ、異世界シャングリラ出身の「転光生」。クラブやナイトショーなどでダンサーのアルバイトをして暮らしている。東京ダンス甲子園での優勝を目指して、日々を励む高校生。元の世界では、「サンヒャン」と呼ばれる呪術的な踊りを得意としていた。故郷でも有名な霊媒体質の一族に生まれ、その舞を受け継いだという。陽キャ100%のカラッとした、陰の部分が全くないパーティーピープル。誰かをアゲること、誰かに捧げることを至上の喜びとする。そして他者を警戒することがまったくないその無防備さは、周りの誰もが心配になるほどだそうだ。ところで彼が所属するギルドのメンバーには「この舞台が最高ならば最後でも構わない」という覚悟を持つ者が多いらしい。それは序列というシステムの頂点、「神」に捧げる芸術を志向する者たち。有楽町エンタティナーズは「天の主上」に奉仕するギルドの別名である。誰かの「代役」を預かった意識が強い芸人に対して、親近感に似た好意を抱く。
