硬質な細い管が連なった形状の「神器」。オニャンコポンの背中から、蜘蛛のように生えた多肢。精密な動作により、遺伝子のようなミクロな対象をも組み替えられる。また、蜘蛛のような糸を出して止血や縫合にも使用可能で、応用幅が広い。だが、その「権能」がもたらす結果の本質は、組換えによる「序列」概念の崩壊である。かつて、とある別のオニャンコポンが人間の集落の傍に住んでいたそうだ。そこである女がヤムイモ餅を石臼でついていると、誤ってすりこぎ棒を彼にぶつけた。その結果、彼は自ら天の彼方に消えたという。そこで人間たちはたくさんの子供たちに積み上げさせて、彼のもとへ届かせようとした。だが高く積みあがり、あと少しで届くというところで、材料が足りなくなる。一番下を一番上に組み替えて積むように言い、そうした所、石臼の塔は崩れ去ったという。つまりは、あのバベルの塔が崩壊するまでの「信仰」と同根のもの。この東京で更に自己改造され、メカ的なマニピュレータの外見になっている。オニャンコポン・ニャメという名の英雄を追って、この東京へと転光してきた。
