Just realised that those folded scriptures are literally labelled '退学愿', 'Drop-Out Application'. I see why the research file puts that 'petition to drop out of school' in quotation marks, because it's one-hundred percent not that petition. Also, the scriptures are literally just the vinaya, monastic rules. I would expect the 'Buddha reproduction' to be mentorship, rather than M-preg, though I wouldn't be against M-preg...
