I think she not trust in anything but herself since the beginning even members in her guild too.

In Ch.15 She change her plans, decide to end everything by herself and fight against World Representative like Michael and Amaterasu in the same time... Did she really think she have a chance in 2v1 ? She may can use Utopia technology about time dimension but she too much arrogant and overconfident.
