He's the student council secretary, but since the other members don't do any work he does almost all of the student council work by himself. He's a Transient from the other world of Hourai, and he was once a human poet there but has since been transformed into a tiger. After that he's been summoned to Tokyo, but at some point he's changed to have white fur the way he does now. He acts like a delinquent but in his eyes is a strong sense of diligence and responsibility. However, he has a tendency to overestimate his knowledge and talents and has a habit of showing off his refinement by recklessly quoting old poems and expressions. Due to past experiences he fears "failure" to the utmost, so he probably has a part of himself that wastes efforts. He's easily influenced already highly placed authorities and superiors who behave imposingly.}}
