Profile
Initially the Police Academy's kendo instructor, Hougen has since gone on to teach the way of the sword at many schools throughout Tokyo. His sword arm is well honed, with brilliant footwork, a sharp strategic mind and unmatched ability in his mastery of all-around combat. But despite his many virtues, he is an incorrigible, lecherous old man, and his foul mouth is a never ending fountain of sexual harassment.
