{{Transient icon|Gabriel|rarity=5|}} is one of the more unfortunate victims of time. Before her Skill Evolution, she was often seen as one of the worst ☆5 units. Thankfully, it served to complement her original role as a dedicated healer and added a fitting but situational {{Status|en name=Charm}} as well as some reliable CP boosting. Supplying all this After Moving is reminiscent of units like {{Transient icon|Aizen|rarity=5|}} and {{Transient icon|Snow|rarity=5|}}, but while they can provide their team with durability too, Gabriel omits any in favor of greater healing. This can be difficult to utilize, as it's usually more worthwhile to prevent big hits than to heal them back up, especially if those hits can simply kill units before they can even get healed. This lack of durability also makes her Charm difficult to use due to its short range, requiring her to move to the front line to hit maximum targets. Lastly, her CS does extremely little past some damage. In short, Gabriel is a dedicated healer that can effectively sustain her team through damage, but would require aid in durability to survive said damage first.

{{Transient icon|Gabriel}} is a pure healer and support, her healing is moderate thanks to Blessing, but where she truly shines is with LB3, Insight is a buff that can quite help some characters with lower proc rates. Her Charge serves as a moderate CP battery and fills its role fairly well, reaching it sooner thanks to LB1 too. She has no positioning issues thanks to LB2 and while LB3 is mostly momentum-based, it’s still good. Luckily, 3☆ and 5☆ are basically the same thing, so consider 3☆ Gabriel for availability, less space and less budget spent. On the downside, what she can do can kind of be outdone by other supports within her own element and attack range, though you can emphasize on her Charge and LB3 to make her stand out.

Gabriel is once again a product of her time with her Valentine variant. She still plays the role of a healer, but tries to double as a damage dealer with {{Status|en name=Berserk+}}. Unfortunately, this buff alone with her Magic range does not allow her to do good enough damage to justify the drop in durability, which she has none of to begin with just like in the regular version. Losing out on increased horizontal movement does not help either, which she is still reliant on for some of her healing. Thankfully, LB3 coupled with the Evolved LB2 alone lets per provide some healing, CP and a small damage increase for her team while idly attacking at good range. While she can be useful with this, she retains the issue of an underwhelming CS and durability from base, even worse now with Berserk+, making a dedicated protector like {{Transient icon|Akiha Gongen|rarity=5|}} almost a necessity to run with her.

{{Transient icon|Gabriel|rarity=4|variant=Valentine}} is a different version of Gabriel, namely the fact she sacrifices both her great Light element and her amazing Insight for sustained damage through Berserk, something the original Gabriel can only wish to have, which also makes her far less durable. Her healing remains decent, mostly through the occasional Blessing. Her Charge is excellent and arguably better than the original Gabriel for having healing effects besides CP and the huge damage boost Berserk gives. Besides the fact she’s now weak to Water, that LB1 and LB3 have a rather redundant effect and LB3’s Blessing also applying to enemies (something 5☆ Harlot/Babalon thanks), she’s a worthy asset if you’re looking for high spread damage and you can find a way to pump her CP for her amazing Charge, but only that, you should consider it a miracle if she takes a hit at all if you don’t feed her defensive buffs or find ways to reduce incoming damage.

'''Pros'''
'''Pros'''

+ Default Blessing serves as a moderate passive heal with great effect range as well.
+ Powerful healing capabilities as well as consistent CP boosting.

+ LB1 boosts her CP to reach her great Charge earlier, which by itself is a nice CP battery for her and her allies.
+ Increased horizontal movement allows for easy repositioning while supporting her team.

+ LB2 allows her to be a fairly good positioner.
'''Cons'''

+ LB3 gives Insight in a pretty good effect range, increasing proc rates makes for some interesting combinations, especially allies with mediocre proc rates.

'''Cons'''
- No durability to complement her impressive sustain, requiring defensive support to survive the hits she and her team would be healing.

- Default has a so-so proc rate despite its great effect range.
- {{Status|en name=Glint}} being a very common buff makes her LB3 very underwhelming.

- LB1 is only really approached if you move her, with its effect a bit of a bad tradeoff compared to other characters who benefit their party by moving.
- Charm has short range and only moderate activation rate, requiring her to move to the front line despite her frailty.

- LB3 is outclassed by other more-common trigger methods, the healing can be outdone by any damage as well.
- Very underwhelming CS.

'''Pros'''
'''Pros'''

+ Fairly good damage output thanks to Default Berserk.
+ Default grants her some damage in exchange for durability, with one more external buff she can make an effective, though fragile, damage dealer.

+ LB1/LB3 has Blessing as a nice passive heal buff with great effective range.

+ Charge is fantastic, with its small healing adding up to the rest of her skills and boasting of formidable damage.
+ Provides decent support without having to move.

'''Cons'''
'''Cons'''

- Her durability becomes terrible under Berserk, with no way to patch it up and is almost guaranteed to die against a hit from Water.
- Remains mostly a support but now with Berserk+, which is disconnected from her role and reduces her already lacking durability.

- LB2, despite having an overly guaranteed proc rate, is not that of a good heal and takes moving to proc it, with mediocre effect range.
- Evolved LB2, the most notable part of her skillset, is turn-restricted and cannot provide healing on demand like her base version.

- LB3 is kind of useless with LB1 existing, what with it applying itself to enemies hit as well (something 5☆ Harlot/Babalon loves, at least).
- CS adds very little over the base version's.

Overview

Gabriel

Gabriel is one of the more unfortunate victims of time. Before her Skill Evolution, she was often seen as one of the worst ☆5 units. Thankfully, it served to complement her original role as a dedicated healer and added a fitting but situational CharmCannot attack for 3 turns (Debuff) as well as some reliable CP boosting. Supplying all this After Moving is reminiscent of units like Aizen and Snow, but while they can provide their team with durability too, Gabriel omits any in favor of greater healing.

Valentine Gabriel

Gabriel is once again a product of her time with her Valentine variant. She still plays the role of a healer, but tries to double as a damage dealer with Berserk+ATK Up by 1.3x ~ 2.6x, DEF Down by 1.3x for 4 turns (Buff). While she can be useful with this, she retains the issue of an underwhelming CS and durability from base, even worse now with Berserk+, making a dedicated protector like Akiha Gongen almost a necessity to run with her.
