The way he gives out presents while misunderstanding from the back of his mind about going "are there any naught kids?" makes him closely resemble the Black Santas from another world whether he likes it or not. Even with all the misunderstandings he's having, he wishes for happiness for all the onis living in Tokyo on the snow falling holy night. The traces of his old life are not limited to Wa no Kuni as they can also be found in Kamuy Kotan.
