It also boasts a smaller damage bonus against {{Status|en name=Burn}}.

The ☆5 version of his card is now able to take full advantage of the damage bonus provided by both {{Status|en name=Stigma}} and Zabaniyya's innate debuff exploitation due to its trigger timing being changed to When Attacking, significantly boosting his damage output. His rates have also become much more consistent by being, so far, the only unit with access to {{Status|en name=Prayer}} within his own kit. Due to his {{Status|en name=Burn}} infliction being only on CS, he has been given CP generation tools when being hit and when he gets debuffed as well to reach the exploitation stage of it much faster. It also boasts one of the highest attack stats in the whole game, making attack buffs on him quite effective and his role much clearer. Due to his damage coming mostly from debuff exploitation, he also works well with most offensive boosters to reach even greater heights of on-demand damage. He is however, severely limited due to his low range and no survivability or sustain whatsoever to take advantage of his new CP generation tools.

Fashionista Zabaniyya's primarily role as said previously, is to tank hits and protect the team. He functions similarly to {{Transient icon|Aizen|rarity=5}} and {{Transient icon|Snow|rarity=5}} in that regard, however his supportive range is a lot more restricted and not as flexible as he trades some of defensive support potential for other types of utility. His positioning is very strict, being only able to bestow CP to units left and right and {{Status|en name=Protection}} and {{Status|en name=Blessing}} only to the directly adjacent units, meaning a square formation would leave one unit without benefiting from anything, meaning an ideal formation would be a T formation with Zabaniyya in the center. This coupled with the fact that he has no extended horizontal movement, can cause various issues when handling positioning, however his extended vertical movement can somewhat remedy this by allowing him to perform 90º rotated T formations with Zabaniyya in the center.

Since Zabaniyya requires no movement, he can pair quite well with most units that bestow defense buffs such as {{Status|en name=Protection}} and {{Status|en name=Unction}} that require movement, preferably with healing properties as well such as {{Transient icon|Snow|rarity=5}}, {{Transient icon|Tangaroa|variant=Canaan}}. {{Transient icon|Aizen|variant=Jamboree}} is also a great to handle debuff management and bestow {{Status|en name=Adamantine}} since Zabaniyya charges faster against teams with debuffs but has no way to handle them.

'''Offensive Supports'''

Zabaniyya's damage can ramp up pretty quickly when pairing him with offensive buffers that preferably do not bestow {{Status|en name=ATK Up}}. Units such as {{Transient icon|Leanan Sidhe|rarity=4}} or {{Transient icon|Hephaestus|variant=Summer}}. Units that also inflict {{Status|en name=Stigma}} and {{Status|en name=Burn}} reliably can also ramp up his damage in certain situations where his CS is up but the enemy doesn't have {{Status|en name=Stigma}} ({{Transient icon|Nekros & Bacchus|rarity=5}} and {{Transient icon|Balor|rarity=4}} who can also dampen enemy damage potential) or during downtimes where the CS isn't up and he can't inflict Burn, with {{Transient icon|Ifrit|variant=Make Sail}} who is already an offensive buffer on his own and can also inflict {{Status|en name=Conflagration}} which will boost his damage even further by a fixed amount.

'''Mixed Supports'''

Considering {{Transient icon|Zabaniyya|rarity=5}} can both benefit from offense oriented and defense oriented partners, depending on the strategy used, he also pairs quite well with those who can provide both such as {{Transient icon|Wakan Tanka|variant=Fashionista}} and {{Transient icon|Chernobog|variant=Beachside}}.

'''Pullers'''
'''Pullers'''

Units that can pull enemies from afar are also good picks to use, such as {{Transient icon|Arc|rarity=4}}, {{Transient icon|Dagon|rarity=5}} and {{Transient icon|Hephaestus|variant=Summer}}, all of these having additional properties that can help with Zabaniyya's role even further by either providing {{Status|en name=Stigma}} uptime, extra damage, ferry potential and even damage dampening.

===☆5 Fashionista Zabaniyya===

'''Debuff Managers'''

{{Transient icon|Zabaniyya|variant=Fashionista}}'s defensive supportive role can be further bolstered by pairing him with units with potential debuff management that do not require movement to function, such as {{Transient icon|Ganglie}} by providing {{Status|en name=Nullify Debuff}}, {{Transient icon|Kijimuna|variant=Canaan}} by cleansing debuffs when being hit to self and allies and  {{Transient icon|Aizen|variant=Jamboree}} who can transfer everyone's debuffs to himself.

'''Self Sufficient Damage Dealers'''

Self sufficient damage dealers can work well with {{Transient icon|Zabaniyya|variant=Fashionista}} so long as they do not require movement, for instance {{Transient icon|Krampus|variant=Jiangshi}} who can also benefit from {{Status|en name=Stigma}} application, {{Transient icon|Heracles|rarity=5}} or even {{Transient icon|Snow|variant=Valentine}} whose damage capabilities aren't dependant on movement.

'''Offensive Supports'''

While his main strength is his defensive properties and capabilities, his damage can be amplified to very high levels due to his natural high attack and stigma exploitation, however preferably buffers who do not provide {{Status|en name=ATK Up}} or require movement, such as {{Transient icon|Nobuharu|variant=Festival}} or {{Transient icon|Claude|variant=Christmas}}.

==AR Equipment==

===☆5 Zabaniyya===

{{Transient icon|Zabaniyya|rarity=5}} has a decent selection of ARs he can benefit from, starting with the most obvious ones being {{AR Equipment|id=5050}} that can further boost his attack stat even higher and {{AR Equipment|id=5014}} can help him boost the potency of his CS whilst also bestowing a nice attack bonus. AR Equipment that also bestow CP on Phase Start can also give him in an edge to help him reach his CS stage quicker (if intended), such as {{AR Equipment|id=5031}} or {{AR Equipment|id=5006}}.

{{AR Equipment|id=5054}} can bestow {{Status|en name=Evasion}} to him, helping him in the defensive department and preventing him from taking damage unless the enemies can penetrate it.

{{AR Equipment|id=5011}} is a situationally useful AR that he can equip against enemies with {{Status|en name=Evasion}}, plus the {{Status|en name=Combo}} can help increase the chances of activating {{Status|en name=ATK Up}}.

===☆5 Fashionista Zabaniyya===

{{Transient icon|Zabaniyya|variant=Fashionista}} has a smaller pool of useful AR Equipment he can use decent selection of ARs he can benefit from, one of the most generically useful one is {{AR Equipment|id=5044}}, which helps him regain a bit of health back with every hit while also empowering further his CS damage.

Taking in consideration his defense-oriented supportive function, {{AR Equipment|id=5016}} can be useful to prevent the application of {{Status|en name=Skill Lock}} which would completely shut him down.

===☆5 Zabaniyya===

'''Highly Defensive Units and Attack Debuffers'''

Units with a multitude of defensive buffs can render {{Transient icon|Zabaniyya|rarity=5}}'s use obsolete since he has no form of bypassing the defense buffs, he also possesses no form of handling debuffs, making statuses such as {{Status|en name=Dazzle}}, {{Status|en name=Curse}} and ,in particular, {{Status|en name=Darkness}} cut down his overall damage by a lot, rendering his sole function as a damage dealer, pointless.

'''Pushback Units'''

Units that can push him back to the bottom of the map can be extremely damaging for him considering his already limited range, albeit he can equip {{AR Equipment|id=5062}} which can make that a non-issue.

'''Skill Locking'''

Units that can apply any method of {{Status|en name=Skill Lock}} near completely shuts him down, though he can bypass {{Status|en name=Bind}} by equipping {{AR Equipment|id=5005}}.

'''Any Direct Damage'''

{{Transient icon|Zabaniyya|rarity=5}} has no defensive presence or sustain, so he will take full damage from everything and cannot recover the health he loses without external help.

'''Stigma Immunity'''

Units such as {{Transient icon|Sol|rarity=4}} can be immune to {{Status|en name=Stigma}}, albeit these may be rare, it could still cut down his utility significantly by reducing his overall damage dealt.

'''Debuff Prevention'''

Units with debuff prevention such as such as {{Status|en name=Nullify Debuff}} or {{Status|en name=Reflect Debuff}} can also damage him for the same reason, {{Status|en name=Stigma}} being his primary source of damage.

===☆5 Fashionista Zabaniyya===

'''Movement Disruptors'''

{{Transient icon|Zabaniyya|variant=Fashionista}} possesses no form of debuff management and requires movement to fully take advantage of his kit, as such, units that can prevent movement can hamper his overall utility, these being units that inflict statuses such as {{Status|en name=Fear}}, {{Status|en name=Paralysis}} and especially {{Status|en name=Break}}.

'''Disablers'''

Units that can disable him with {{Status|en name=Charm}} or that reduce his proc rates with {{Status|en name=Drain}} and {{Status|en name=Obstruct}} can severely limit his damage and healing potential.

'''Skill Locking'''

Units that can apply any method of {{Status|en name=Skill Lock}} near completely shuts him down, though he can bypass {{Status|en name=Skill Lock}} by equipping {{AR Equipment|id=5016}}.

'''Defense Piercers'''

Units that can pierce through defense can heavily reduce his defensive presence.

This is a general purpose team meant to support {{Transient icon|Zabaniyya|rarity=5}} in all fronts and help him fulfill his role through most situations thrown at him. {{Transient icon|Hephaestus|variant=Summer}} is an excellent ferry unit that can hold the front line and pull enemies closer into {{Transient icon|Zabaniyya|rarity=5}}'s range while also providing him additional offense through {{Status|en name=Crit}} and {{Status|en name=Ardor}}, {{Transient icon|Daikoku|rarity=3}} serves as a safety precaution, bestowing {{Status|en name=Protection}} and helping him reach his CS stage quicker and {{Transient icon|Aizen|variant=Jamboree}} as an extra layer of protection with {{Status|en name=Adamantine}}, healing/{{Status|en name=Acceleration}} bot and a debuff management tool, since {{Transient icon|Zabaniyya|rarity=5}} benefits from getting debuffed. {{Status|en name=Stigma}} bots would also be appreciated in this team, seeing as the later two units serve an identical purpose, if the situation doesn't demand both, they can get replaced with someone that can inflict {{Status|en name=Stigma}} on demand  (such as {{Transient icon|Balor|rarity=4}} or {{Transient icon|Arc|rarity=4}}) as his CS does not inflict it and is significantly weaker if it hits a unit without it.

Example team function description.
This is a general purpose team meant to effectively make use of  {{Transient icon|Zabaniyya|variant=Fashionista}}'s capabilities. Pairing him up with two independant high damage dealers that require no movement such as {{Transient icon|Heracles|rarity=5}} and {{Transient icon|Snow|variant=Valentine}}, and another tanky supportive unit that can help both bolster the team's damage with  {{Status|en name=Break}}, but also mitigate and disrupt damage (in a few situations) with {{Status|en name=Bind}} as well as possessing Debuff Cleansing capabilities that {{Transient icon|Zabaniyya|variant=Fashionista}} lacks. Overall just a good use of his potential as a front-liner to keep the frail damage oriented units safe.
