As is usual for the hot blooded students of this academy, he's not very good at applying himself to his studies. He's always skipping class to go to Shinjuku and spends all his time battling. Tetsugyuu never had any interest in the Halloween culture fest event, so his friends have decorated him to suit the theme and he is gradually starting to enjoy it. However there seems to be a part of him that has misunderstood the point of the festival as getting disguised and threatening and extorting candy from merchants. The appearance of the executive committee for the festival this time reminds him of the one who hurt his mother, so he doesn't hold a lot of goodwill towards them. He possesses a Role where he has lost ways with the path he wants to take.
