But because of that power, no matter how rugged a mountain may be, once he steps foot on it the mountain ends up becoming an easy one to him. He constantly wants to try climbing unknown mountains, so he always seeks still unseen difficult mountains from other worlds and responded to the summon to Tokyo. Given that all his accumulated knowledge relates to mountain climbing and that in private it's fundamentally about living in the mountains, any knowledge he has outside that field is unusually disconnected from the earthly world. He likes mountains so much that sometimes his eccentricities become visible.
