☆3/☆4 Moritaka
Moritaka can use his Default or a damage-reduction buff to comfortably exploit his LB2 and LB3, which offer good self-sustain and a much-needed damage boost respectively. His Charge can sometimes help in wearing off particularly obnoxious enemy buffs if you time it correctly and offers modest damage to boot. Give him a push in proc rates through the aforementioned buffs and perhaps another offensive buff and he’ll serve his purpose well.
☆5 Valentine Moritaka
Moritaka (Valentine) serves primarily as a Berserk unit, whose downsides are mostly patched up thanks to Tenacity in exchange of a fairly unique offensive buff that easily stacks with any other, which adds to LB3 and viceversa, which also affects other frontline allies he may have with him, all of this paired with some great CP-sharing through the same LB3 and his Charge, which not only does it boast of tremendous damage, but it also helps his and his allies CP fairly frequently while cleaning the field from most enemies. Still, beware of Berserk’s downside, it makes his durability little more than terrible and if you’re not willing to move him around to make him decently durable, then you may want to seriously consider defensive buffs or damage reduction ailments from other sources, while he covers the damage department very well. Treat him carefully and don’t over-expose him, Tenacity only makes him standardly durable, meaning he can still be prone to KOs if he doesn’t KO his foes first.

☆5 Valentine Moritaka
Class: Bruiser, Offensive Support
Gameplay Role:
Pros
+ Default Berserk along with LB3 greatly augments his damage, both being fairly uncommon buffs which easily add up with other offensive buffs.
+ LB3 allows him and his frontline allies to benefit from both an offensive buff and CP to reach their Charge faster.
+ Both Default and LB3 apply to his Charge, who besides fantastic damage can quickly pump CP to his party when hitting a lot of targets.
Cons
- Requires of his Tenacity or at least defensive buffs to be any durable, due to Berserk automatically making his durability terrible.
- LB2 remains mostly a bonus since it takes him to be hit (something generally discouraged) for an effect that can be done in other, more-viable ways.
