*Ose's main role, both for his 3 and 4 star variants is to safely strike foes from a distance. *Ose only posseses the Vigor Buff, and no other damage or CP enhancing abilities, All of his attacks are mostly designed to pester and weaken the enemy rather than actually killing them. Causing him to lack aggression.  
+ While having a good mix of debuffing and buffing in his kit, this makes Ose a sort of jack of all trades, not excelling at any particular field compared to more specialized units.
+ His reliable Drain can keep enemy Charge Skills at bay, but this is only of use in very specific situations.
+ Obstruct and Drain are unreliable debuffs for keeping enemy skills down.


*Due to his attack type and lack of CP enhancers, Ose Players will have a hard time activating Ose's "10000 Lies in the Blink of an Eye". And will often be unable to use his Charge Attack until very late into a battle without the aid of CP units like Goemon.
