At one point, he was an existence born for the sake of destroying his birthplace Olympus. The surfboard he uses is a sacred treasure that used to be the bedrock of a sealed volcano. It holds a great power able to overturn land, sky, and sea and blow away all things. His only weakness would be thunder. This holds especially true with the incarnation of thunder he once fought with in the great battle in his home town. Whenever thunder occurs in a storm he kicks off himself, he becomes pitifully frightened.
