This templates translates Japanese status effects into English and optionally adds the status description as on-hover text.

effect: The status effect in Japanese.
format: Formatting for the description. alt displays it as on-hover text, parentheses displays it after the effect name in parentheses, only display only the description, none doesn't display the description. Defaults to alt.

Add a new status effect by inserting name as well as description it into the template before each #default.
