At its core, {{Transient icon|Ophion}} is a great glass cannon thanks to Default, Crit is always helpful to increase his damage considerably. However, he offers neat bonuses for his allies in the form of LB1 and LB2, the latter being especially great thanks to Regen being a fantastic passive heal, it also allows him to be great at positioning himself and his allies, which is an underlooked but very good trait when it counts. His LB3 is the secret to his power, on 3☆ it’s a nice heal and Guts insurance to survive the odds, but on 5☆ it’s that and a tremendous way to steroid his own CP for his Charge, which is where Default and LB3 are abused to absurd extents, Barrage fully synergizes with said skills, and on 5☆ it can basically guarantee another Charge if he hits many enemies under it prior. Consider any form of offensive or defensive buffs on him, it’ll further push his strengths to ridiculous levels.

+ LB3 gives him repeated KO insurance, he’ll be frequently sparing himself from being KO’d if he’s at low HP and heal himself back up.

+ A fairly unique Charge, with Barrage allowing him to exploit Default and LB3 way more due to their On Attack/After Attack nature, respectively.

- Neither LB1 nor LB2 apply to himself, the latter which could help his standard endurance.

- Barrage has a small damage penalty to it, without Critical procs, his damage can suffer.

- Guts is his only way to be durable and should be considered an insurance in general.
