On paper, Licht is a leading member of the Roppongi guild, Tycoons. His actual position, however is largely that of a figurehead and he has no real power within their ranks. Mixed race, with German and Japanese parents, and occasionally mixes German into his speech. A hopeless military otaku to the point of wearing military uniform styled outfits as casual wear. He is a member of the art club at his high school and considers art his second great passion, though he's not very good at it.
