As such, he's specialized in the creation and alteration of Sacred Artifacts, working alongside his fellow Crafters to enhance the strengths and abilities of Sacred Artifacts for guilds across Tokyo. He takes immense pride in his work, and loves to show off his abilities to anyone who needs his services. He enjoys affection and helping others out, though resents it when the older members of his guild treat him like a child. Kurogane is introduced alongside [[Amatsumara]] and [[Musashi]] into the Main Quest prior to [[Arc]] and the [[Protagonist]] going to Kamata in order to get more information regarding their Sacred Artifacts. Amatsumara informs Kurogane of the expected visit, but Kurogane opts out from the meeting as [[Oz]] shows up to assist in working on their space exploration program. Later on during [[Hombretigre]]'s assault on Kamata, he and Oz are working on a launch of a rocket, only for it to explode on the launchpad. It's quickly revealed this rocket is only a bottle rocket, but Kurogane assures Oz that this failure will help them innovate to a bigger and better project. | |||
Soon, however, the two notice an explosion from the guild house alongside colored smoke. Oz remarks that this is a beautiful rainbow, but Kurogane recognizes it as an attack.
