With an impressive arsenal of five different debuffs to afflict enemies with and three buffs for herself and her team, she can reliably fit into many team compositions. Though her range is Slash, she is able to affect enemies in up to five squares above them both by moving and simply attacking, granting her a deceptively large area of dominance. She can also directly support her team with {{Status|en name=Vigor}} and {{Status|en name=Guts}}, as well as use her increased horizontal movement to easily reposition, while keeping herself safe with {{Status|en name=Evasion}} as long as she has enough enemies to hit. Of course, Ellie would not be a true vampiress without the signature bite, cleverly utilized in her CS that allows her to enthrall up to three enemies, ensuring they will fight and kill for their Queen before they are allowed to fall.
