He is believed to be the gongen incarnation, or manifestation of a rule in other words. Now this summer Akiha Gongen is watching all his school friends working hard on their respective projects while thinking of something. And that something is his pure admiration of their burning passions as they gather in his home town. There are things like fantastical ideas discovered in places without a grain of sand and the sweat sublimated into creations there. It's all so amazing he thinks, and he wishes he could spend time together with those people. With that in mind, Akiha Gongen is a traditional crafts student, which is a bit off from the departments studying anime, manga, cosplay, and video games. Now he's running around the beach trying to build new relations with the nerds and otaku around him, tanning all that extra skin he's exposing.
