Temujin is a traditional Ranged character, one that becomes better with each LB, reaching a huge peak with LB3, Rage+Critical is nothing short of great for dealing absurd damage, and has the very rare bonus of ignoring Evasion, the best defensive buff in the game. He's also a bit sturdy, enough to patch most of Rage's increased damage taken. His Charge’s Deadly Poison is currently a pretty unique DoT, though sadly it’s pretty mediocre, serving mostly to approach Rage’s damage boost. Thanks to LB2 and LB3, it’s worth considering he benefits from any other offensive buff, literally any other since Rage is a separate buff from the more-common ones, alternatively it may be recommended to keep him healthy since a good hit can make quick work of him. Keep him away from Fire, especially under Rage, he’s dead meat if he’s touched by it.

Pros
+ Traditional increased durability on demand thanks to Default Tenacity.
+ LB2 Rage bolsters his damage in exchange of worsened durability, which can be mostly averted through Tenacity.
+ LB3 Critical dramatically increases his damage, which along with LB2 and the fact he can pierce Evasion means he’ll always be hitting considerably hard.
Cons
- Under Rage, he’s obliged to have Tenacity up or at least a defensive buff, otherwise his durability is terrible, what with requiring to be hit for it to trigger.
- Only under Rage is his Charge worth noting, since LB3 doesn’t apply to it nor does it have any good effects despite the ailment being rather unique, making LB1 a bit useless.
