|translation=Transients from another world high in the sky. They were recruited to defend the festival organized by Kabukicho, and they are students of a police academy. As Transients go, they make efforts to improve their relationship with the people here every day. Because of that they are very strict when it comes to confronting outlaws who scoff at the social standing of Transients. They honor justice, and while they may be inflexible with some things they will obediently listen to the orders of their superior. This applies whether that means a senpai, a teacher, someone stronger than they are, or a summoner. They like the protagonist as their summoner and lead figure for the festival, and they want to lend their power to them.

|original=天高き場所にある異世界からやってきた「転光生」。歌舞伎町主催の祭の警備をするために駆り出された、警察学校生を含む警察学校関係者たち。「転光生」として、現地の人間達との関係を良好に築き上げるべく日々努力している。そのため「転光生」の地位を貶める無法者に対して、非常に厳しく当たるようだ。正義を重んじ、融通の利かないところがあるが、自分よりも上位の者の命令は素直に聞く。それは先輩であったり教官であったり、力の強いものであったり、召喚主であつたりする。主人公には召喚主として、祭の立役者として好意を抱いており、その力を貸したいと思っている。
