In contrast to Jinn, who has a dynamic personality and takes a laid back approach with students, Triton is of a serious nature and is quite strict with rules. A merman, and thus good in aquatic environments, he also acts as advisor to the water polo and swim teams. His affinity for all places wet often leads to him sleeping overnight in the bathroom of the RA room at the academy. Triton harbors a deep respect for Mr. Mononobe, another colleague of his."

主人公たちが通う、神宿学園の教師。如何に生徒を愛し、教師として相応しいかを、同僚の教師であるジンと常に競っている。豪快な性格で放任主義のジンとは対照的に、規律を重んじ、真面目な性格をしている。マーマンと呼ばれる種族で、水中での活動が得意で、同学の水泳部にて競泳や水球の指導を行っている。水気のある所が好きなため、神宿学園の寮監室ユニットバスでの寝泊まりが日常のようだ。同学に勤める物部教諭に対し、強い敬意を抱いている。
