* During the Event "Seaside Summer School with You", After the battle against a group of ninjas. Azazel appears before you and Jiraiya, seeing you hugging each other and sorrounded by poisonous sea snakes, under the assumption that you and the cowardly ninja planned to use them for fornication. With some explanation and pleading, Azazel later reveals that the golden chains that binds his body, not only hide his real power, but also his true unbound form. While there are no sprites for it, the protagonist mentions that Azazel "transformed" into a creature with 7 serpent heads, 14 faces, and 12 wings, before getting knocked unconscious due to the sheer terror Azazel's appearance ensued. It is soon explained that the form we see Azazel use nowadays is just the body of a poor goat that was sacrificed in Azazel's name. The chains are a part "Of the App" And they can only be shattered through the player's "Rule of Rending". When the app is closed, The chains will re-emerge and Azazel will revert back to his weaker, "Scapegoat" form.
* During the event "Seaside Summer School with You", it's revealed that Azazel's goat body is actually not his true body, and is instead someone else, whose body he possesses/is restrained to by his chains. When the protagonist severs his chains, his true form is revealed (through narration) to be a terrifying snake-like creature with seven heads, fourteen faces, and twelve wings. This description is similar to how the character is described in the book The Apocalypse of Abraham. However, he reverts to his "normal" goat body when the App is deactivated and the Battle Zone is dissolved.

*It's a bit unclear as to which version of Azazel were actually playing with in Housamo. As depictions of the character varies from book to book. However, given the clues the character provided, it's a possibility that Azazel may be a combination of versions from The Book of Enoch, The Apocalypse of Abraham, and Leviticus.
