And as a Transient of Old Ones, Nyarlathotep has the power of teleportation. This goes beyond the confines of a rule and allows for instant movement. Nyarlathotep acts as the backup for Old Ones' Almighty Idiot, including joking that he is an All Knowing Potato Sack who has knowledge of magic and science but does nothing.
